Meet Your Doctors
Dr. Brad Vermeulen
General Dentist
Dr. Vermeulen attended Lamar University, Texas where he received a Bachelor of Science degree. He then attended Baylor College of Dentistry where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree.
Dr. Vermeulen believes in a preventive approach to dentistry with patient education in the forefront. He enjoys taking time to listen and get to know his patients. Because dental technologies constantly change and improve, Dr. Vermeulen is committed to continuing education in order to provide the very best care for his patients.
Growing up in the Netherlands, Dr. Vermeulen has developed a love for travel and in his free time enjoys seeing the world with his wife. He is an outdoors person and loves all sports, but especially soccer.
Dr. Vermeulen is a member of the American Dental Association and the Texas Dental Association.
Dr. Ari Valverde
General Dentist
Dr. Valverde grew up in Mexico City. She moved to Texas where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio. She obtained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree from Baylor College of Dentistry.
Dr. Valverde has had a passion for dentistry since she was a child and understands the impact of good oral health, not only on our systemic health, but also on a person’s self-esteem. She places great value on patient trust and works diligently to provide high quality care to everyone she treats. Being committed to staying current with new technology and dental products to benefit her patients, Dr. Valverde enjoys attending continuing education courses regularly.
She likes learning different languages and enjoys traveling with her husband, who is also a dentist.
Dr. Valverde is a member of the American Dental Association and the Texas Dental Association.
Dr. Tyler Stocker
General Dentist
Dr. Tyler Stocker attended Texas A&M University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences and a minor in Business Administration. He then went on to attend the University of Texas School of Dentistry Houston where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
Dr. Stocker chose to study dentistry because he loves helping people, whether it be getting someone out of discomfort, replacing missing teeth, or performing an esthetic procedure. He loves the variety that dentistry offers and the creativity that can be used to solve different problems. As a dentist, he enjoys discussing options with patients to receive their input and incorporate that into the treatment plan.
Dr. Stocker and his wife share one dog named Bear. Outside of the office, he enjoys fishing, golfing, exercising, and spending time with friends and family!
Dr. Wang
Oral Surgeon
He went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. After graduation, he returned to Texas and enrolled in the oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, where he also obtained his Doctor of Medicine and a certificate of general surgery internship.
His training has allowed him to serve his patients with professionalism and attentiveness because he was once a dental patient and empathizes with the difficulties one can face with oral health.
Outside of work, Dr. Wang enjoys going to the gym and swimming in the lap pool. He volunteers with Texas Dental Associations – Texas Mission of Mercy, and TOMAGWA HealthCare Ministries in Tomball, TX.
Dr. Shunda Thompson Banks
Dr. Christopher Witek
Dr. Witek chose to study dentistry because it combined his passion of science, art, and helping others. Dentistry has allowed Dr. Witek the opportunity to make a positive impact on people’s lives, whether it’s through improving their smiles or taking them out of pain.
Outside the office, Dr. Witek enjoys spending time with his wife. Their hobbies include hiking, traveling, photography, and eating out with friends and family.
